financial Profitability coupled with the regaining of a prominent
commercial Market Share.

directed towards seeking commercial, operational, and financial Cooperation
Agreements, as well as beneficial multifaceted Strategic Alliances
with major players in the field, regionally and

Our Corporate Quality Policy
QUALITY is a general philosophy and
company culture extending beyond controlled applications or specific
activities. It is a continuous state of affairs that must be applied
instinctively to all areas of operations, and must be maintained as a constant
component throughout the various aspects of the decision making process, with

TMA's team of qualified staff is

specially shaped around their requirements, and thus ensuring their
satisfaction and loyalty. We pride ourselves on the quality of service offered,
and on the continuous value-added created in responding effectively to the
global needs of our customers.
In facing up to the challenges of the

We aim to successfully accomplish our targeted Mission Statement and to swiftly

performance along the highest measure of quality, requires us to strictly
adhere to international standards, applicable regulatory laws and regulations
to apply disciplined policies and procedures, and to constantly examine
accomplishments using optimal yardsticks.
This policy is implemented through the
company's ISO 9002-1994 Quality Management System, which covers all operations
of the airline and applies to all personnel, suppliers and customers. TMA is
also working towards upgrading its Quality Management System to obtain the new
ISO 9001-2000 certification.
