We intend to reposition TMA as a major player in the Arab air transport industry through the effective development of a comprehensive Business Plan, and the successful implementation of a dynamic Marketing Strategy, supported by modern and efficient Human, Financial, and Technological Resources.

Our Mission and Objectives

We seek to provide our customers with Quality Products to satisfy their changing requirements and strengthen their corporate loyalty, by sharpening and modernizing our invaluable Expertise, Technical Know-how, and specialized Equipment, and by ensuring Continuous Improvement in the quality of the services offered.

In order to succeed, activities will be expanded and diversified towards Niche-Services and potential areas of Growth. Company assets will be efficiently deployed, with the goal of swiftly Increasing Revenue Margins and Operational Ratios to reach financial Profitability coupled with the regaining of a prominent commercial Market Share.

To this end, all efforts will be directed towards seeking commercial, operational, and financial Cooperation Agreements, as well as beneficial multifaceted Strategic Alliances with major players in the field, regionally and internationally.

QUALITY is a general philosophy and company culture extending beyond controlled applications or specific activities. It is a continuous state of affairs that must be applied instinctively to all areas of operations, and must be maintained as a constant component throughout the various aspects of the decision making process, with tangible continuous improvement of its effectiveness.

TMA's team of qualified staff is committed to providing customers with distinctive services and products specially shaped around their requirements, and thus ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. We pride ourselves on the quality of service offered, and on the continuous value-added created in responding effectively to the global needs of our customers.

In facing up to the challenges of the future, we are proactively developing activities in a dynamic fashion, while aiming for consistent improvements in our day-to-day policies and procedures. We aim to successfully accomplish our targeted Mission Statement and to swiftly attain our Corporate Quality Objectives and continually review and improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Management's search for excellence in performance along the highest measure of quality, requires us to strictly adhere to international standards, applicable regulatory laws and regulations to apply disciplined policies and procedures, and to constantly examine accomplishments using optimal yardsticks.

This policy is implemented through the company's ISO 9002-1994 Quality Management System, which covers all operations of the airline and applies to all personnel, suppliers and customers. TMA is also working towards upgrading its Quality Management System to obtain the new ISO 9001-2000 certification.
